This is perhaps the best weight loss tip you could ever act upon.
Maintaining a low calorie food diet.
Calories are units of energy. When we eat (especially fatty foods), usually we go back to work or to relax. Of course we have to take it easy for about a half hour or so after we eat and we also have to go to work!
Gotta pay the bills right?
But, the more we consume calories and then just sit down and relax or sit at our desk and work...the more harm we are doing to ourselves. Since calories are units of energy, you must utilize that energy.
If you are in a line of work that requires you to be physical and even break a sweat, then you should be fine. A lot of people have office jobs though, where they are inside and sitting most of the time. This will make your belly get fat, because fat will start to form around your organs.
That is the worst kind of fat because it can lead to a fatty liver and/or diabetes.
